We first started dealing with Netcom at the end of 2006. Being a relatively new business, our IT was core to our success, and having only been trading a year, we had gone through 3 local IT ‘specialists’ who had failed to live up to their promises. IT is often a ‘stress purchase’ and only when it goes wrong, do you realise how important it is. James and his team have never let us down, and have been instrumental to our growth, to the point now, anything that requires IT support (phones, website, e-mail, servers) is all looked after by Netcom. Their service is second to none, fantastic response time (even at weekends) and I couldn’t recommend them further.
